NOW IN PAOLO COELHO'S PRIVATE COLLECTION Diana Shingarova.
Born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, graduated in Illustration and Book design at National
Academy of Arts - Sofia in 2002.
Diana has been interested in drawing, painting and sketching from the beginning
of elementary school. She decided to go to The High School of Fine Arts-Tzanko
Lavrenov - Plovdiv. She spent five years there. But according to her, the most
unforgettable, creative, useful, exciting, profound and pleasant period was her
attendance at the tutored courses of Ahmed Chaushev, a brilliant artist, perfect
pedagogue and great man. The studio where the courses were held became Diana’s
second home.
In 1996, Diana enrolled in the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia. She studied there
for six years Illustration and book design. In 2007 Diana become a Member of
The Union of Bulgarian Artists - Painting. She work and live in Sofia now hoping
to prove and show her real potential as an artist. She works in the sphere of
the
graphic
design, applied arts, ceramics, and also in the field of photography.
Now she is working as a graphic designer in Eva magazine.
